The Customer SuccessCon Program in 2019

While the majority of Customer Success groups have become directly involved with managing income streams and profitability over the past 5 years, there has been little real discussion to date about the issues of actually proving the value of Customer Success to either the Customers or to the Company.  For 2019 and beyond, Value Provability and Customer Success will be the focus of the Customer SuccessCon program.

Have you developed effective methodologies for getting customers and/or the senior management team of your own company to clearly acknowledge the value of your customer success team?  We’re looking for Case Studies and Best Practices presentations and papers for the upcoming Customer SuccessCon events in Boston, Denver, London, Seattle and Berkeley.  If you’re interested in being a part of those conferences, please contact Mikael Blaisdell.
