When your customers trust you, they believe that you are reliable and that you have integrity. This can impact customer renewal decisions as much as quantitative measures of success.
During this group discussion, participants will share examples of how they’re building trust in the field right now.

The session will open with an introduction to Charles H. Green’s Trust Equation. We’ll then break into small groups to discuss each of the four trust variables and how we’re using them to build trust with our customers and, as a result, increase retention.
