The first challenge in building The Customer Success Index is entering the links to all of the resources we can find out there in the worldwide Customer Success community. The second is evaluating and rating them so that users can quickly see which are the best options. We use the 5-star rating system; the more stars, the better. While use of The Customer Success Index is open to all to search and read without restriction, only registered and logged-in Associate/free members (or higher) of The Customer Success Association can use the rating system.
