In addition to all of the standard approaches to publicizing an open Customer Success Manager position or for an executive CS leadership opening, the best places to advertise are The Customer Success Jobs Board here on the CSA site, and in the Customer Success Jobs Board thread of The Customer Success Forum on LinkedIn — both are free.
To post the announcement here in the searchable Jobs Board, you’ll need to be logged in as at least an Associate/free member of the Customer Success Association. Enter the details for the position and a link to the application site/form. You can also upload a logo for the company. When you submit the job, it goes into a review queue and will soon be published.
To post a job in the Forum, log into your LinkedIn account and go to the Forum. Search on #CSJOBS to find the latest discussion, and post your job as a **comment** in that thread. The CS Jobs Board thread is normally renewed every other week or so, so check back and if your job is still open, just add it as a comment to the new thread at the Forum list.
