All Customer Success professionals are invited to contribute to The Customer Success Wiki. Input is needed from both customer-facing practitioner CSMs and CS team leadership as well.
To submit an entry, you will need to be logged in as at least an Associate/free member of The Customer Success Association. Please review the writing guidelines before you create your draft articles.
All submitted content will need to be reviewed prior to initial publication, and that will be the role of the Advisors group. If you are willing to make the not inconsiderable time commitment that will be required of reviewers, please contact me here or through LinkedIn.
After publication, content will always be subject to review by the public at any time. To submit proposed edits, you’ll again need to be logged in as at least an Associate/free member of the CSA.
