Staying up to date with all of the great content and resources for Customer Success Executive group/team leaders is quite difficult.  There are so many new companies coming into the space all the time, and a deluge of articles on all possible subjects are published every day all across the net — finding the best of what a CS group leader needs to know is nearly a full-time job in itself.  And that’s not the end of the challenge, for then how do you get that curated and distilled list of pointers in front of those who need it the most?

Customer Success Resources

The Customer Success Index has the content, and it’s searchable, but that requires a visit to the Customer Success Association site.  The Customer Success Forum on LinkedIn with its 61K+ members is another option, and it, too, has an Index and periodic alerts and notifications — but the limitations of LinkedIn’s Groups technology unfortunately still means that not everybody gets the word.
I think it’s time to use an old tried and true approach: direct e-mail.
