As a resource for the fast growing interest in AI technologies for Customer Success, the Customer Success AI TechMap contains the names of all known/established providers of customer success AI resources for CS executive team leaders by category. Each company name is also a link to their respective web sites if the company has completed the vendor listing application. While listing here does not constitute an endorsement of a vendor or their product by the CSA, this is the best place to begin your search for Customer Success AI tools. In addition to the TechMap, the CSA also provides an alphabetical list of customer success AI providers on The Customer Success AI Vendors Registry page.
These resources, at least those that pertain to CS groups, generally fall into four basic functional categories: Analytical, Generative, Conversational, and Operational. Some products cover more than one category.
Customer Success AI Vendors: To be included in the Registry and the Map with links back to their own websites, vendors are required to have specific pages on their company websites about the use of their products by Customer Success groups. There is no charge for a basic listing on these pages. To apply, please fully complete the CSTECH Application V6.
