You’ve just joined a new company with the charter to build a Customer Success group from the ground up. Or perhaps your company got acquired and you’ve been merged into leading a suddenly larger group in a new operating environment. Whatever brought you to this point, you know you’re facing significant challenges in the weeks and months ahead. Where do you turn for insight and ideas? There’s your personal network, of course, but they’re all as busy as you with their own priorities. You could post questions in social media sites and get some answers, though the timing isn’t guaranteed and the applicability of the replies can vary. Or you could retain a coach who has been through the same challenges and can be a steady, reliable source for answers and options. Someone who has been there, done that, and has the ragged t-shirt to prove it — and whose guidance can make you significantly more effective much faster.

I’ve reached out to the coaching consultants I know to add them and the particular services they offer to the list. As they reply, I’ll add the links to their websites. The Registry list will provide the company names, geographical regions, and languages. The Map indicates topical categories and the names of the coaches that cover them.
Coaching can take several forms, including one-to-one video chats, group video sessions, private online communities, and in-person meetings. Costs can vary as well. The main question is: Do you muddle through on your own, spending time reinventing wheels, or retain a guide that will help you save time and increase effectiveness?
