About the Report
As the worldwide Customer Success community continues its skyrocketing rate of increase, more and more CS Executives are looking for reliable training courses to increase the competency of their CSMs. The Customer Success Association maintains a complete registry of all known/established training vendors together with a catalogue of the available courses. Now Oliver Plane of NorthStar.Buzz has added a further report covering the leading providers, delivery methods, course duration, certifications offered, accreditation status, and a 1-page description of the provider company. The report also includes a matrix that identifies the costs of the various training products.
There is no cost for accessing or downloading the Report. Access does require that you be logged in as at least an Associate/free member of the Customer Success Association. If the download link does not appear at the bottom of this page, then you will need to log in.
